Mid-morning Dance Wave!!

Dance waves build from a slow and meditative calm and rise gently to tasty bubbliciousness, before settling back and ending with a closing circle. The dance space is a nonverbal communication zone during the wave sessions.

Dance waves are a dynamic expression of movement allowing participants to connect deeply with themselves and the space around them. Each wave is usually built on a specific theme or idea. The opening of the wave serves as a grounding moment, where dancers can center their thoughts and feelings, creating a serene atmosphere conducive to self-exploration and mindfulness. As the dance progresses,dancers are encouraged to fully immerse themselves in the rhythm and flow of the music. The atmosphere becomes one of spontaneous expressions and creativity as individuals interact with one another through their movements.
